But there are some ways that can help you to grow taller naturally.
Growth of the body depends on hormones. And hormones are produced if the bodily activities are increased. The best way to do this is to exercise regularly. After the exercise the body produces Nitric Oxide and adrenaline. The body while at rest will produce growth hormone while it is hydrated. Make sure that the body is hydrated.
